[why2025-terrain] Tent Build-up and Tear-Down Questions [Ticket#56282]

Dear sandos,


We do have some plans!


The table you saw also has the pagoden (those will be the village 
tents), but they are lumped togehter because they will all be built on 
the Monday 4th. They will be torn down on Wednesday afternoon (after 13) 
and Thrusday.


We don't have more precise timings. Is that something that causes 
problems in your planning?
