[why2025-terrain] Build up question village: Back to the 80s party

Hi all,

 From our village organization we have some questions. We would love to 
do our buildup on day -1 at small village buildup. Can we do this?
Are we allowed to enter the field with a car? and 2 trailers? We want to 
bring some 80s goodies like a pinnball machine and 80s decor, kitchen 
equipment etc.
Also one of the tents is a 80s tent and needs to be brought in by car.

Then, my car is also from the 80s. Last time at MCH I was allowed to 
display it at the village as decor. :) Would that be okay this time? It 
won't move of course during the event.

We hope to hear from you. We put it in the wiki but I am not sure it is 
in the right section or clear enough.
