[why2025-terrain] Request: Add "Disability Campervan"

Hi Robert,

I think it makes sense to rope in Team:Villages here. They also have 
requests from villages regarding accessibility.

In the end, Team:Terrain doesn't really mind what the outcome of the 
discussion is, we just plot things.

@Villages: Would having the north ones resevered for accessibility be a 
problem?
