[why2025-terrain] Klic Data and Placement of Aluhalle and Flextent

Dear Team:Villages,

I am afraid I have to make your life a bit more complicated than it 
currently is.

The sponsor tents that are Aluhallen (currently Sponsor: Cyso, Sponsor: 
Adyen, Sponsor: Deloitte) and the Flextent for Area42 need to be staked 
to the ground.
This means that extra precaution needs to be taken where to place them.

For all of them you will have to look at the Klic data (underground line 
information we got from the Kadaster). You can find it in the klic 
schema, it's easiest to just import all the layers, but pay specific 
attention to Rioolleiding, Elektriciteitskabel and Waterleiding.

The tents cannot be on them and because the data isn't perfect we need a 
3m distance to them.

For the Flextent there are more things to consider: It needs to be 
staked out, so the usable size it has does not correspond well to the 
space it needs. It needs an extra 3.5m around for the staking. If you 
move this one please just let us know, and then we will take a look.

For these Klic reasons we had to move Track Andromeda slightly, so 
please readjust your planning.
