[why2025-terrain] Request: share your planning & deliveries on the field

Hi all, 

A request to all teams:
Please send me your build-up and teardown planning, including any important deliveries and pickups on the field. Together with team:terrain, I'm working on a schedule to help ensure that everyone has what they need around the time they need it as much as possible. Therefore I need the follow info: 

- When do you want to start with build-up & teardown?
- When do you need NUTS-stuff (Water, power etc)?
- When does your team arrive on the field?
- When does yoursupplier arrive with the equipment you need? (see screenshot for needed info)
- When is the pick-up of equipment you need by which supplier? 

In the attachment you'll find 3 screenshots: two with example of the planning and one of the sheet with all the deliveries.  


The plan is to share this planning with you all, but first we need to gather as much info as possible to be it of any use.
