[why2025-terrain] Teardown schedule on Tuesday for Spykersound

Hi y’all

We have an “interesting” puzzle to solve for the start of teardown on the 12th (day 5)
In order for Spykersound to have all equipment removed before the tents people will start to tear down all stage tents they want to start in a tent as soon as the final talk for that stage has ended.
That means that the big truck and trailer need access to the terrain to be parked opposite of NUTS/Onsite Logistics. The first loads going to the truck/trailer should be moved by two bakwagens and  during Tuesday.
We can assign either tent A or tent B as logistical centre (LC). If the weather and terrain condition permits the big truck can be placed near the LC on Wednesday earliest.  But still this would require a Terra Access card.

Another thing is the teardown of the big gate. As discussed now with Gina, Kunsi, & Moem; After the closing talk Deco will start stripping the gate from its decoration in such away that there will be minimal interference with visitors leaving. Hopefully this will be ready around midnight after which Spykersound will tear down the structure. There will be use of the forklift to move the balast blocks.

I have to prepare/instruct the Spykersound crew about the do’s and don’ts of their handling of the vans and other vehicles during this on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

I would like your input on how to let this run as smoothly as possible.
