[why2025-terrain] Map layer for fieldphones

Hi MissMaps,

I know to little of the software to tell you what we need but our 
prefered outcome would be:
A public layer where people can see all public fieldphones as well as 
all connection points where they can connect up their own fieldphone.

So I guess we want to have a table "field_phone" and a table 
"connection_points" and both in the same public available layer if that 
is possible.
