Hi Gina
No worries about the delay it is here and we can start the conversation.
Can your team or part of it be available this this Thursday 17-4-2025 evening around 20:00 for a jitsi about this subject ?
I think a talk is very needed as I do understand most but "road through the rice fields" is a bit of a mistery.. and a drawing of some items like parking.
The link to the file with the driving plates is here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R0B0l73yNMc54m91QgpUehwEKdIlbQNfSrg0ICLkaKw/edit?usp=sharing Request access for editing for one or 2 team members.
The google doc is flexible it is a working document where multiple teams can add their requirements, but lets do that together so I fully understand what you need and can get the right quotes
First the easy bits :
1) Bar at Party area yes wants plates, see the google.xls for details has been updated already with bar team.
2) Bar at Foodcourt area yes wants plates, see the google.xls for details has been updated already with bar team.
3) Bar at Arcade area yes wants plates, see the google.xls for details has been updated already with bar team.
4) Foodcourt yes wants plates, see the google.xls for details has been updated already with foodcourt team.
5) Heaven, partially done see the google.xls for the cooling containers and a backstage area for the kitchen crew, sort of guessed that with bart/foodcourt team as they are also ordering the containers.
6) Roads to track 2,3,6 done see the google.xls I have updated that based on you length, do you want these to be permanent or temporary ?
Then the stuff for Thursday here are some points to think about.
Plates under portacabins is really not needed we have never done that before and it is a waste of plates as only the few corners that are resting on the can use some support but that is for the cabin supplier to take care of.
Alternatively we need some very small steel plates like 1x1m for weight distribution on each contact point, but to pave the whole area underneath is not needed.
On none of our events, including the German and UK ones have we ever built camper roads I estimate that the 1920m2 you request will cost us about 8-10K,extra, do you have a drawing of that plan ?
We probably need to minimize that a bit as the area's you have now selected for campers are mostly very hard ground except for the entry points to those fields.
Parking is in line with what we had in 2017 and 2022 in terms of m2 but do you have a detailed drawing of their layout ?
LSD do you have a drawing of the layout ?
Road to the NOC Why would we need a gator road to the NOC ? Has that been requested by the team ?
I am usually part of that team and I know exactly what they do, they have one or 2 big deliveries and all stuff goes out in lighter loads.
They are in relatively hard part of the terrain and I do not see that manny gator runs that we need to build a road.

Hi Netsmurf,
Sorry about the delay!
I have attached you the table with rijplatten I showed you at the field day.
It probably makes sense that I add this data to the Google Table as well, but I wanted to ask: Do you only want me to fill out the fields that are already there, or can I add columns for the extra info we have for the rijplatten?
Best,
Gina
