Dear team terrain,

For team Safety I have been trying to get in contact with you a few times.
Now I heard that the event is a definitive go which is exiting :).
So I hope that you are now organized as such that we can get some terrain drawings.

Could you please let me know if you are available?
Because I am in urgent need of fire escape routes, number of tents that we have to secure etc etc.
Is there anything you can share already?
