Hi all,

Sponsor tents are villages like those of any other visitors, and visitors are allowed to offer drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) to other visitors. You’re not allowed to sell drinks or food (because as Ruud mentioned there are strict permit requirements for that), so be sure to offer it only for free. Be sure to not offer alcoholic drinks to people under the legal age of drinking.

Note that some groups accept voluntary donations for things they hand out for free, in order to be able to continue making the thing. As long as this is truly voluntary and visitors could also get the thing without donating anything, this is fine too.

Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards,

Tom Clement (Halcyon)
