[ROC] MCH2022 PMR radio and DECT

Hi again,

I will be bringing an Anytone AT-D878UVII Plus DMR radio with me, Are
there any special magic I need to do (configuration, firmware etc.) to
get it to work before I arrive (I would like to be able to use it
to contact the harbourmaster of the harbour on my way in - coming by
boat)?

Same goes for the two cheap Profoon PDX300 DECT phones I will be
bringing.
