[Productiehuis] [why2025-orga] AV hardware requests from teams/villages/sponsors

Hi Andreas/Bix/Productiehuis,

We from Team CTF might be interested in a TV screen (with HDMI input) and a
set of audio speakers with a microphone (and audio input) for the CTF Tent.
The goal of this would be to show our live CTF scoreboard (which contains
sound effects), talk to the players in the CTF tent and provide background
music.
Could you give us an estimation on what this would cost? We can then check
if we can squeeze this into the budget.
