Sorry for the late reaction. Due to stressful moments your original message has been unnoticed.

And yes, We are in need of experienced A/V engineers who can coordinate and trouble shot (first line) problems during the event. Those will be 4hour shifts. Let us know how many shifts would be comfortable for you.
If you could please add yourself as angel to the A/V list (https://angel.why2025.org/angeltypes?action=view&angeltype_id=14) then the C3VOC team will have a bit of extra relieve.
When possible you can attend the workshop in Andromeda on Friday (day1) 15:00
