Hi Productiehuis!

Soon WHY2025 starts, my first time at a hacker camp! I saw that there
is a need for volunteers and I'm eager to learn more about the
technical things around live audio and video. So maybe I can help you
and gain more experience while doing so?

I'm primarily a software developer at a company called Nedap. I'm also
part of the A/V club there to run livestreams and recordings. On the
video side of things I have experience with Blackmagic ATEM switchers,
their 4K studio cameras, ProPresenter, Zoom, Jitsi and OBS. On the
audio side of things we have Sennheiser EW G3 and AVX wireless, active
speakers, Midas DL-12s as a digital snake for a Zoom L-12 audio mixer.
We just manage to get a separate room and mix minus mix out of it due
to its limitations. I've been playing with Behringer's X32 and Wing's
edit apps for a possible hardware upgrade. I feel like I'd be able to
work with these consoles just fine but that is all theoretical at the
moment. Oh, and I've mixed our office band at a small party.

Having had this experience I'm very curious to experience a bigger
event and learn from how you run things.
