I have access to the channel together with a few other people.

If you want I can add an extra Youtube account to the channel that is
allowed to upload videos. Or I can handle uploading and publishing
(scheduled) for you. Note that getting access to the channel requires
jumping through a few hoops and the interface is not very friendly.

Historically we've been very bad at changing "house styles" for the
channel, the MCH design was added *after* all the talks were recorded.
So changing it almost as soon as the new style was announced would be
a change ;-)
