Nice to have you on board.
To answer your questions:
- We’ll have one main stage which will be provided with a professional PA system that can handle both DJs and a small band. The lighting requirements we can discuss. When necessary the stages in the big tent can also be used for some entertainment in connection to a lecture.
- For the required equipment we try to build it flexible enough to cover most situations but if you feel that an certain act needs special stuff please let us know so we can anticipate.
- If an act brings their own wireless mic and/or in-ear monitors please let us know in advance so we can set up a transmitter/frequency schedule.
- We’ll work out the necessary (audio)connections between stage and bar. That has already been calculated.
- You’re very welcome to join us Monday 16th 20:30 for a jitsi meeting, or if you happen to be in the Netherlands we have an live-meeting on Saterday 14th @Bitlair Amersfoort.
