A summary and questions:

Schedule:
The play has been provisionally scheduled to run right after the opening ceremony in Stage A, with no break, but we are also thinking on having it interrupt the opening speech. The time is allocated in the schedule, so any combination in that slot works: 

|| Build up || 
For the build up we agreed on 1 hour
@Productiehuis -> would it be possible to set it up in such a way that the projector is still available for Stitch's talk? 
@Setup -> are you okay to setup on stage before the opening talk? 
@Setup ->  for any heavy movements, we would prefer to do that the morning after to minimise disruption to other content. @PH would you help them with this?

|| teardown ||
For the teardown we have agreed on 30 minutes, but this needs confirmation from Setup. 
@Setup. We need to get everything off the stage as quickly as possible, so we can schedule more on the main stage.


|| the act ||
@content ->  for interrupting the talk with the show. Setup/ Jelle wants to discuss this with te makers but would be Nice to have a preliminary outline of the opening (I sent a video of the opening at SHA2017 to Jelle to give an idea of how it looks like)
