[Productiehuis] Outdoor stage and further stage related discussions with Team Content

Hi,

After some spam folder related and calendar entry "challenges" I
represented Productiehuis at a Content team meeting last Saturday,
regarding our questions about an outdoor stage and their
ideas/preferences/opinions etc.

We came to the conclusion that the idea is good, but that it should
only be done with minimal budget impact. Either
weatherproofing/outdoor-ifying the stage itself at no/minimal cost or
it should be paid for by for instance decreasing the number of rented
stage tents, if at all possible.

We also concluded that Team Content will *not* be involved with any
further discussions about this topic and Productiehuis/Terrain/PL will
handle it further.

We also decided that *if* we are going to do it, it will replace one
of the three stage tents. We also discussed the total number of
"official Content" tents we will budget for is 5, 3 stage + 2
workshop. Any stage/AV supply above that will have to fund themselves.
We already knew this, but it was good to re-state, because it kind of
pops up every now and then.
