Hi,

Here are the notes from the meeting last saturday:

We recorded the presentations, but not the prepared slides, because
the projector wouldn't have worked (because of the open tents).

It was mostly us syncing with other teams and asking those with known
AV/lighting/stage related needs to send us their requirements soon,
preferably before September 15.

After that we will prepare a (sort of) tender document that can be
sent to Dutch AV rental companies.
