Hi amazing Teams!

As the two teams most likely to get questions and deal with issues on accessibility - physical and people - I wanted to discuss with you my idea for how we manage accessibility issues on the event.

My idea is to pull together an aide-memoir and FAQ for access things, everything from links back to transport, how to use hearing loops in talks, showers and maybe work with Team:Family on things like baby change etc.

Hopefully, using the Infodesk as a single point of contact will help us manage this and provide a consistent level of support and help to both attendees and other teams. I will make sure that the desk and Team Cohesion have my [Signal](https://signal.me/#eu/_KAIBcRuxR30RYUPLoCxFpMiQWRHneoIFjSt6oO8EDEObZXuRCFM-6P3C3Pzm79-) details and they can call me any time to discuss things as well.

I will start a document and share it with you all so we can collaboratively build it and add things as more surety about maps and services comes along.

Have a good day everyone!

Simon
