[WHY Team:Info] Any last information for camp visitors?

Hi Thomas,

We discussed it at out meeting tonight. It's great to hear the ticket 
PDFs are ready for download!

We think it would be best to sent out the tickets mail as soon as 
possible. Then two or three weeks before the event we would like to sent 
out a final details e-mail to all vistors.
