[WHY Team:Info] ewaste bin

Hi team:info,

For WHY2025, if all goes well, we will give visitors a NFC card and a
badge. But there is always a lot of talk about ewaste. Would you be
open to have a bin for camp-related electronics at the end of the camp?
So these can be redistributed to hackerspaces and other initiatives who
can make good use of it.

I'm thinking of a normal 50/60l wastebin like I'm sure team:warehouse
can arrange.
