We are preparing a practical information document for sponsors, so they have all the info they would need before, during and after the event, in a single place.

Part of this document is information about the goodie bag. Could you let us know if it's already known how sponsors can deliver something for the goodie bag, and what is the deadline for doing so?

Additionally, we have put that the goodie bag will be about size A5, so anything that goes inside must be maximum of size A6. Is that correct?

It would be great if you could double check the document and confirm all the goodie bag info is factual. Feel free to leave comments as needed!
