Hi Team:Volunteers,

we'd like to have two angel types for the infodesk at MCH.
1. Infodesk Angel
2. Infodesk Supervisor Angel

Both angel types should be restricted so that we can give them an 
introduction beforehand and get more experienced angels that do multiple 
shifts. We'll give trainings at the beginning of each day.


Description text:
Infodesk angels sit at the infodesk and answer the visitor's questions. 
They answer the phone (Info - 4636). This is a very versatile task as 
not only standard questions but also specialized questions will come up.

Feel free to modify the text to your needs.


Shifts:
We'd like to have shifts that overlap between the infodesk angels and 
supervisors.

We want to have two parallel Infodesk Angel shifts are two hours each 
between 10:00 and 20:00. (10-12, 12-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20)

Additionally, we would like to have an infodesk supervisor angel with 
shifts of 2 1/2 hours each between 10:00 and 20:00. (10:00-12:30, 
12:30-15:00, 15:00-17:30, 17:30-20:00)
