[MCH Team:Info] meetings and budget

Monthly meetings sound great, I have a short list of agenda points for the
next meeting, but so far I'm just keeping an eye on Twitter.

I think we had enough members, though there was/is a vacancy open for the
booklet and I imagine that's where the bulk of a budget is going to go
towards.
