[MCH Team:Info] Matrix bridge to IRC

Hi,

Last weekend some people asked me how to access the #mch2021-info IRC 
channel using Matrix/Riot.im.

So I updated the information on the wiki: https://wiki.ifcat.org/IRC

Here is basically the same text:

  * Go to https://www.riot.im/app/#/login and login
  * In the top left corner click the symbol right behind the search bar
    (tooltip: Explore rooms)
  * Type *#oftc_#mch2021:pixie.town* (replace #mch2021 by your desired
    channel)
  * Select *Join* which will appear after some time.


For some reason I couldn't get it to work in the Elements (Riot.im) 
Android app, but if you follow the instructions above, you will see the 
channels also in your Android App.
