[why2025-deco] Entry for call for art: James Webb photo frame

Hi Marjolein, 

To make sure we have a good place for the James Webb photo frame, we have a few questions:

- does it need a place inside? (due to rain ed)
- what do you need for the project to install it ? power I assume? anything else?
- do you need volunteer help to set it up?
- what day do you arrive / want to set up the photo frame?
