As a gold sponsor, Secura gets a 10x5m tent (consisting of two connected 5x5m pagodas).<br class=""><br class=""></li><li class="">Those tents are built by the tent supplier, as are the pagodas rented by other villages through Moebelhaus.<br class=""><br class=""></li><li class="">The pagodas are scheduled to be ready for use on Wednesday July 20th at 12:00 in the afternoon. That’s also the moment at which villages can enter the terrain and start decorating their tents etc. Vehicles are allowed on the field until Thursday July 21st 22:00.<br class=""><br class=""></li><li class="">If you have large installations that need more than 2 days of build-up time, in consultation with teams Terrain an On-site logistics, exceptions can be made at their discretion to allow you on the field earlier already.
