[Villages] Fwd: ATTENTION: Villages with 400V connection

Hello team:villages and team:power,

Not sure what went wrong there, but we somehow ended up with 400V on our
wiki page. Our village is perfectly happy with a more pedestrian power
supply of 230V.

I've already corrected this in the wiki. Please update things on your
end as well and remove the special requirements for our village.

Sorry for the trouble.

Best,
Anon
