We hope you’re as excited as we are!</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">In this email, we want to reiterate things that are important for your successful stay with us:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><ol class="MailOutline"><li class="">Be sure to keep any commercial logo’s, banners, flags, etc. confined to the inside of your tent, not visible from the field, as mentioned in the <a href="https://cloud.ifcat.org/s/W6wiNpSyAEQdm8E" class="">Sponsor Policy</a>. This is important to keep true to the non-commercial spirit of the Dutch hackercamp tradition. Please don’t search for the limits here, because we will get lots of complaints, and enforcing this rule is no fun for anyone.<br class=""><br class=""></li><li class="">Check out <a href="https://wiki.mch2022.org/Facilities" class="">https://wiki.mch2022.org/Facilities</a> for information on how to park, get connected to power, wifi, and wired network. Be sure to bring a 50m network cable if you don’t want to use wifi, and up to 50m of power reels for power. You can check the actual distance to the nearest network uplink on <a href="https://map.mch2022.org/" class="">https://map.mch2022.org/</a> by enabling the layer “Team:NOC”. To check the distance to the nearest power distribution point, see the attached image.<br class=""><br class=""></li><li class="">If you have stuff to bring to your sponsor tent, vehicle access to the field (on paved roads only) is open from Wednesday 12:00-22:00 and Thursday 06:00-22:00. Please keep in mind that access to the field is rate limited, and there will be a long queue of cars in front of you waiting to get to the field. After Thursday 22:00, cars are not allowed on the field anymore (there are luggage shuttles available then).
