<p>So we are all on the same page, I will summarize where we are
concerning the Theater presentation:</p>
<p>The team content will be making the schedule of all accepted
talks, presentations and workshops coming friday, saturday and
sunday. For this reason, the question from the Theater group can
only be answered next week. <br>
</p>
<p>To schedule it properly:<br>
</p>
<p>As I understand the Theater group prefers to be scheduled in a
tent with a shorter/ alternative for the buildup and breakdown. <br>
</p>
<p>We will of course do our best to find the best slot for the
theater, and probably will need the input from @productiehuis to
do so. <br>
</p>
<p>@content team: Do we have all information we need to schedule the
Theater this weekend? <br>

stages are often filled with speakers from our community, that 8
hours is not feasible because it means that many speakers will

earlier, like early morning, or in the break, or the night
before, set everything up.</p>
<p>Jelle answered that that sounds possible. And I asked when it
would fit in the program. <br>

normal order is: ask what people need, and then find a place in
the schedule )</p>

Tomorrow i’m calling the person responsible for the
production at our side (Julliet Osse) and i’ll ask
what connections are used. But i can tell thet next to
these instruments the performers also are using an
electric guitar and bass. I’m not sure if all the
video mixing is done on stage or that some video’s are
triggered from the technician’s side.

technical check before we start. So all the video’s
and mics of the three performers are working. Via
Signal i texted with Viola and Julliet and we
discussed that 60 minutes would be very much doable
for us. If we can prepare offstage and the only
thing we need put it on stage and check if everyting

Hof Hi All, I have put Jelle
and Productiehuis in the cc
now. This really should become
a three-way conversation
between the Setup people,
Music Stage team and
Productiehuis on what is
feasible on what stages. We as
team content have little to
contribute here, other than
that we don't want to lose
much in the way of main stage
slots due to build-up and
tear-down of the musical bit.
@Chris This also reminds me
that we should include the
Music Stage in our
programming, will look into
ways to give you direct access
to PretalX for doing so.
